Managing uncertainty and risk, adapting and responding quickly to change, developing and generating systemic, creative, and collective thinking, the ability to innovate, and learning to work collaboratively are all necessary qualities in emerging leadership models.
In the field of development cooperation and humanitarian aid, we face changing, increasingly complex, and interconnected contexts. In this training, we will reflect on the characteristics of the realities in which we work and the leadership models being proposed in response to these situations. We will put into practice and develop skills, values, and tools for managing teams in an agile, innovative, and collaborative manner.

The media and social organizations need each other. In this inevitable relationship, it is important to foster mutual understanding, forge alliances, build trust, and promote collaboration.
Organizations must understand how the media works and what their needs are. They must know who to target, how, with what messages, and when.
The media should view social organizations and their professionals as a source of specialized information on issues of solidarity, equity, equality, cultural diversity, cooperation, migration, etc.
