The Juan Ciudad Foundation team and the international cooperation organization Juan Ciudad ONGD visited the San José Institute Foundation (FISJ) in Carabanchel this week as part of the activities celebrating Saint John of God's Day.

At this meeting, they were welcomed by the FISJ manager and other members of the management team, as well as those responsible for the pedagogical and communications areas. They were presented with the center's history and the various social and healthcare services it currently provides in its available units. These services include, among others, neurological and trauma rehabilitation care, palliative care, special care for patients with severe functional disabilities (with a Chronic Wound Clinical Unit, a benchmark in the Community of Madrid), and intellectual and physical disabilities.

From the Juan Ciudad NGO Foundation and the NGO, we would like to express our gratitude to the FISJ team for their hospitality and welcome, as well as our admiration for the valuable work they do.
