You can now consult the various courses organized by the Coordinator of Development NGOs of Spain (CONGDE), aimed at training professionals from NGOs and other entities in the international cooperation sector.
CONGDE offers in-person or blended training in which knowledge sharing and continuous learning are presented as key tools for improving participants' skills and performance. The program includes online courses, which can be combined with personal life, mobility needs, or geographic location.
As CONGDE itself explains, "The Training Program's commitment is to make people aware of their capabilities and responsibilities as citizens and professionals, so that we can better understand the interconnected world in which we find ourselves and thus contribute significantly, through our performance and actions, to improving the society in which we live."
