Presentation of Juan Ciudad NGO at the San Juan de Dios Foundation in Extremadura

Yesterday, Federico Gil, managing director of the San Juan de Dios Extremadura Foundation located in Almendralejo, gave a presentation on the work of Juan Ciudad ONGD, which was attended by some of the center's employees.

In his presentation, he explained the organization's objectives, which promote health in impoverished regions of Africa, Latin America, and Asia, as well as its four areas: projects, volunteering, logistical support, and awareness-raising.

The San Juan de Dios Extremadura Foundation is located in the town of Almendralejo and serves patients referred from all hospitals in Extremadura through an agreement with the Extremadura Health Service. The center offers residential places for dependent individuals through an agreement with the Extremadura Service for the Promotion of Autonomy and Care for Dependency (SEPAD), as well as places in private nursing homes.
