These projects include support for the maintenance of centers and patient care, emergency care, training, renovation of medical equipment, and construction and reconstruction of spaces and infrastructure to improve and expand the social and health services provided by the Hospitaller Order.

In addition, last year Juan Ciudad NGOD had a total of 69 volunteers, of whom 56% collaborated with international volunteers by traveling to the field. In addition, 20 logistical support containers with hospital supplies, equipment, food, and hygiene products were sent to SJD centers in 11 countries in Latin America and Asia.
And in the area of awareness-raising and development education, more than 20 activities were organized in 15 cities across Spain, thanks to the involvement of regional delegations and San Juan de Dios centers.
All of Juan Ciudad ONGD's activities in 2018 were made possible thanks to contributions from donors and benefactors, the provinces of Aragon, Bética, and Castile, and numerous SJD centers, as well as public and private funding from at least 50 organizations and companies.
